The primary difference is in the experience. During cryotherapy, clients stand upright in a cold chamber for a few minutes and are subject to temperatures of negative 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Our cold plunge baths dip as low as 39 F degrees. You can lie back, meditate, practice your breathing, or hop in and out as you please.
